So still no period I’ve been going to the bathroom a lot more than usual but no other symptoms besides sleeping a lot more than normal

I am 7 weeks and 5 days today ! 9/30/23. I have been experiencing light cramps almost like my usual period and tender breasts here and there but that’s all. Is this normal ? Im so impatient lol my first ultrasound is in 5 days 🥹
