How early can you detect a pregnancy without test?

Ladies I have 3 kids currently and had 4 miscarriages I haven’t had a period since early March I’m going through the nausea and craving pickle juice and vinegar on everything my test came out defective what is another way to find out for sure btw my hcg levels are extremely low and i can’t detect in urine

So I literally know nothing about the NIPT test.. how far along do you have to be to get it? Does it detect gender? Is it accurate?

How well are the dollar tree test for early pregnancy? Like how far were u when u got a faint positive

How early can you take the dollar tree test ? I took one today I’m 9dpo I think I see a faint line

I am 5 days late on my period and I have a normal cycle. I took a clear blue and it was negative on 7/4. I took a first response rapid and early test on 7/5. The top test is the rapid and the faint line popped up immediately. The bottom test is the early test and it didn’t detect anything. Do you think it’s positive?

Question did anyone have to go thru being alone without the child father in the early stages of pregnancy. If so how did you cope #judgefreezone 😢🥺?
