How can i make my period come after missed period?

So missed my period two days ago last period was dec/4-15/2023 could I still be 4 weeks pregnant?

How soon did you ladies get a positive past ovulation or before your missed period? With my last 5 pregnancies, I got a positive 6 days before my period. I think I'm pregnant but got a negative 6 days before my period.

I took test last night and I knew it was gonna be positive I missed my period but thought it was gonna come Bcus my period are irregular And I was shocked wen I seen results I been having pain in my lower stomach and my boobs and I been so nauseous ugh I still am app says I’m 9 weeks but I need to make an appointment #ihave3girls #ughhatebeingnauseous #mommygroup

been trying for a baby ever since the 27th of december and every day after that. my period is on the 11th of january in 5 days.. should I test tomorrow on the 5th or 4th day out from my period or after my confirmed missed period?

So I missed my period in the month of August spotted 2 time now that I’m in September still no period but I 2 times again 😩😩 I’m so confused my last period was July 29th

So uv missed my period 3 times and iv taken many test and ok one has come up positive. And the rest are all negative but I havnt had my period in 3 months. So I'm very confused.
