Early signs of pregnancy which can confirm that you're pregnant?

So I’ve been hearing from friends and coworkers that man semen shouldn’t be inside you while you’re pregnant because it can effect the placenta and thin it out. And with it being so early in my pregnancy that can cause some serious issues further down the line. I tried looking it up to see if it were true or not, but nothing actually answered my question. It all just kept telling me how sex during pregnancy do’s and don’t. Which mainly consisted of positions and good hygiene. I’m asking you guys, have you or has your doctor ever told you to not allow ejaculation while you’re pregnant because it can thin your baby’s placenta? I don’t turmoil between my husband and I because I’m “too scared” to have sex. This is my first child so I’m very cautious since my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage😔

Can anyone help If had all the signs of pregnancy but the sore boobs. I haven’t had my period since July 16th is it possible I’m testing early can someone please put my mind at ease

Okay so I'm 7 months and still no baby bump in sight 🙄 I didn't mind I'm okay with it. But I hate some of my friends & family think I'm lying about being pregnant because of it! 😡 That's not my fault. Some of them came with me to my prenatal appts just so they can confirm my pregnancy. I'm thinking they're coming for support but nope I was wrong!! Smh

Can anyone tell me symptoms or signs that made you know you were pregnant with a baby boy?

I am honestly in shock. The military wanted to confirm my pregnancy while I was there and it turns out I also have strep which is a side effect of me being pregnant because my immune system has gone down. 

So I recently took a pregnancy test ( 4 to be exact ) and every single one came back positive almost instantly. If I calculated correctly, I'd be about 4 weeks along. I've made an appointment to confirm the pregnancy which is in less than a week. Any other mommas find out early on? If so, what symptoms did you have? This will also be my second pregnancy.
