Is anyone else experiencing nausea and dizziness in their second trimester? I'm 24 weeks tomorrow, and it comes in waves. Most days I'm fine, but then days like today, I'm in bed with a garbage can and the room swirling with any sudden movements 🙄
I got through the whole first trimester with no nausea or morning sickness.. hit 14 weeks with massive dizziness and migraines 😒

Last night before I went to bed I started vomiting out of the blue and the nausea is still there. Add that to fatigue, lower back pain, breast tenderness, cramps, headaches, dizziness, and mood swings. Could these be early pregnancy symptoms at 8 dpo?
