Brown vaginal discharge should I take a pregnancy test ?

Question… I’m 6 weeks and a few days and I’m having light brown discharge, normal? Or should I call my OB? I worry too much 😭😭

I took 2 pregnancy test and it came back negative. I've been feeling dizzy, nauseous, tender/swollen breasts, swollen feet and hands, vaginal discharge is milky and thin and abdominal cramps. My period is supposed to come on a day or the 1 day after it's supposed to be on. And I was wondering if I have to take a pregnancy test at the end of the month
