Any moms start breastfeeding and go into straight formula? Breastfeeding is getting very tiring and not producing enough but 2 oz a pump 🙁☹️ help?
I know breastfeeding have many good benefits for baby and mom but do it really help with weight lost after pregnancy?
Breastfeeding moms … some of y’all already know and some of y’all get ready for the Real breastfeeding struggle… 😂😂😂
Okay if y’all switch from combination feeding to exclusively breastfeeding, don’t tell wic. They just jacked my benefits up, I thought I was going to get a lot more but now I just get like 2 dozen eggs, more cheese, more milk, baby food and tuna 🐟
Breastfeeding Tip: put some coconut oil in a zip lock bag and put it in the fridge. It will cool and u can just snap a piece off and rub it on your nipples and its all natural so it's ok for baby .. I also do the same with my nipple cream and it is a life saver 🙌
My in laws think it’s weird to breast feed but it has health benefits and there’s a formula shortage…. Opinions please?
Hi Everyone, Today our topic is Breastfeeding and returning to work. I’m a Lactation Consultant IBCLC and work with moms preparing to return to work. It can be a stressful time anticipating separation from your baby. Keeping breastfeeding going is hugely helpful. Its a question of planning. I look forward to your questions
