Average menstrual cycle and how long ?

Will ashwagandha and maca root shorten my cycle? I’ve noticed when I have taken it my cycles are regular😍 and not super long😅 Mine on average are 33 days😔 but I started taking ashwagandha and maca again. Last time I took it I got pregnant after three months on it, but I had a miscarriage. I know that after miscarriages it can cause irregular or longer periods & longer cycles are a sign of hormonal imbalances. I was on hormonal birth control for years and it really messed up my health❤️‍🩹

Recently my boyfriend and I have started trying for another baby and I’m just wondering how long it’s taken everyone to get pregnant? Took me 8 cycles/months with my first and so far we are on cycle 3

. How long did it take for y’all cycle to come back on ? … after y’all just gave birth . Cause I gave birth Aug 22nd and I’m late for 7 days but I breast fed so I don’t wanna waste money with buying a test if my cycle just delayed .

So apparently I'm only 22 weeks pregnant not 24 can't see how I'm still on 28 weeks when my pregnancy app and this Flow app is going based upon my last extra cycle wishes October 23rd and they're going by my last menstrual cycle so which ones which in my 22 weeks or 24 weeks which ones which cuz they're both accurate, can any of u girls help me to figure this out

What were your HCG levels and when? Last menstrual cycle was 12/25. Went to doctors appt and she said uterus was enlarged as if I were 9w. However, I have always had irregular periods. Wasn't unusual to not have one. My first HCG was Monday and it came back 2274. Wednesday was 5518. How far along do you think I really am? My first ultrasound is 3/13.

Am sad just after posting pregnancy test with faint pink lines I just went in the bathroom and I wiped and I am spotting 🥺😔 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I guess my period is coming maybe next time . My last menstrual was on September 2nd am 23 days late in my cycle is 53

Anyone experienced lower back pain and stomach pain 14 weeks. It feels like a menstrual cycle is coming on. Back pain Leg pain Stomach pain. I've already contacted my OB currently waiting on a call back.

Can anyone explain why multiple menstrual apps predict my ovulation day and fertility window differently? They are all close but a day or 2 off despite having the same details. Started AF yesterday and my cycle is 26 days. I just don't want to miss it again..

If your menstrual cycle is 29 phase. When is your ovulation day. Also good to have sex to be pregnant?

Currently in early labor- contractions are 5-7 minutes apart and last around a minute. This has been going on since about 1am and it's 8am now. How long did it take you as a FTM to go to below 5 minutes average? I've already had a bloody show but my water hasn't broken.
