How many weeks did it take for y’all to get a positive I tested today and got 3 negatives at #4weeks period starts in 6 days I also haven’t had any implantation just a lot of discharge and some sharp pains and cramps also I’m also having to go number 2 a lot lately

My wife is 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Starting at 4 weeks she has been vomiting, but it was only 2-3 times. This week she has been vomiting much more frequently. Yesterday she vomited after lunch and dinner & today before breakfast and after breakfast. Is this normal? Any suggestions?
